What are your payment terms?
Ne usually accepts T/T as the main payment term. Also accept L/C, PAYPAL, ALIAPY. Not a big problem, we can negotiate it.
Is the material food safe? What certificates do you have?
Yes, all of our pill box materials are BPA-free, so don’t worry!
We passed LFGB. Also, our factory has passed BSCI certification and has various
European test certificates. If you’re still worried, please feel free to contact us, we can try to provide all you need.
What’s your MOQ? Can we start with 300 or 500 units as a trial order?
Our MOQ depends on the unit price. Usually, the minimum order amount for our pill box is 3000 USD. But we are also very happy to grow with our customers, so nothing is impossible. If you want to know more, please contact our sales for more detailed information.
How many days can you deliver my goods after placing an order?
Under normal circumstances, we can complete the order in 3-4 weeks for the product to know more, you can consult us by email.
Can we customize the packing, like color box/blister card/clamshell I header card?
We use OPP bags by default. Definitely, all kinds of packing mentioned above are available.
Can we customize the color and have our own logo (brand/company name) on the product?
Yes, both colors and logos can be customized. Logos can be printed not only on products but also on packaging.
